Naver Pay recently announced the launch of its “Real Estate VR Property & Complex Tour” service, which allows users to virtually experience apartment properties and complexes using VR technology.

The service is based on Naver Labs’ 3D digital twin technology, “ALIKE,” and enables users to explore apartment complexes and properties as if they were physically present.

This technology provides detailed information such as the interior space, seasonal and time-specific sunlight exposure, and precise indoor measurements.

Currently, the service is available for five apartment complexes in Seoul and the metropolitan area, with plans for further expansion in the near future.

The technology has also been utilized in various domestic and international projects, including the development of Saudi Arabia’s digital twin platform.

The “Real Estate VR Property & Complex Tour” service can be accessed via the property map and complex/property pages on Naver Pay Real Estate and is available on both mobile and PC versions.

By offering a new way to experience real estate without needing to visit the site in person, this service is expected to provide convenience to users and bring innovation to the real estate market.
